Sergio took really good care of me and my family upon arrival at the hotel even if it was already near midnight. He made us feel very welcome and comfortable after a very long road trip. Facilities are maintained well and service is great. The location is within walking distance to several Washington DC points of interest.

Have stayed here several times. Rooms are delightful, staff have been outstanding, helpful, and responsive. Great location near subway, several restaurants, and a whole foods. Since our room had a small kitchen, this was perfect.

The staff at this hotel are incredible. Each person was kind, helpful, and accommodating. Location is very convenient and has decent food options near by. Very walkable to most places in the NW area of DC. The key situation was atrocious - the sensor took forever to register the key was there and because we stayed 4 nights this became increasingly frustrating. If they fixed this issue in the elevators and the rooms this would rival the experience I’ve had at some 4-5 star hotels. Again, can’t say enough about the incredible staff, they go above and beyond for their guests. 10/10 recommend!

The hotel was in decent shape, the room was ok, but we found old M&Ms on our floor, so I'm assuming they don't vacuum very regularly. Breakfast was nice, but very crowded with limited seating. The reason for my 1 star review is because the hotel hires incompetent employees. I purchased a phone charger at the front desk, but then needed to return it. They advised they would take care of it. 3 days later I checked my credit card and they never refunded me. I called the hotel and was transferred 3 times and told that all sales are final. I asked to speak with a manager and I was hung up on. I called back 2 times, the first time I was hung up on and the second time, I was transferred to voicemail. Don't waste your time at a hotel with dirty carpet and incompetent staff.

I’ve been to this hotel a few times over the past 3 years for business and the staff is always so helpful and kind. My room is clean, the breakfast isn’t too bad (hotel breakfasts are notoriously eh), and the beds are always comfortable. I’d highly recommend as they also have a garage for cars.

All I have to say is make sure you lock your rooms from the inside because whatever system they use let’s them check in two diff guests in the same room. Also our AC wasn’t working and the young maintenance guys definitely didn’t know what he was doing. They were nice enough to give us two separate rooms since there were no more double sites available but next day they gave keys to our rooms to another guest. The room we had smelled like old vape or hookah smoke. Overall the location is great but the hotel isn’t all that
